1 pound ground beef
1 stalk of celery, finely chopped
1 C. oats or oat flour
2 TBSP tomato paste
2 TBSP water
2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs, beaten)
Soft cream cheese for frosting
Method:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Mix the dry ingredients and ground beef together in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine tomato paste and water.
- Add to the dry ingredients, along with Worcestershire sauce, celery and beaten eggs.
- Prepare the muffin tins by either greasing them or filling with paper liners.
- Spoon the mixture into the cups. Mold mixture, the meat will not rise!
- Bake for about 15 – 20 min.
- Then, frost with cream cheese!
