1 pound ground beef<\/p>\n

1 stalk of celery, finely chopped<\/p>\n

1 C. oats or oat flour<\/p>\n

2 TBSP tomato paste<\/p>\n

2 TBSP water<\/p>\n

2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce<\/p>\n

2 eggs, beaten)<\/p>\n

Soft cream cheese for frosting<\/p>\n

Method:<\/p>\n

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees<\/li>\n
  2. Mix the dry ingredients and ground beef together in a large bowl.<\/li>\n
  3. In a small bowl, combine tomato paste and water.<\/li>\n
  4. Add to the dry ingredients, along with Worcestershire sauce, celery and beaten eggs.<\/li>\n
  5. Prepare the muffin tins by either greasing them or filling with paper liners.<\/li>\n
  6. Spoon the mixture into the cups.\u00a0 Mold mixture, the meat will not rise!<\/li>\n
  7. Bake for about 15 \u2013 20 min.<\/li>\n
  8. Then, frost with cream cheese!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
